Christa has absolutely changed my lifestyle. As a 70 plus individual I was going downhill. Overweight-high blood pressure-pre diabetic and actually drank too much alcohol. Her program has totally reversed all of that. Nearly 50 pound weight loss- normal blood pressure  - lowered my A1C and convinced me to stop or at least limit my alcohol intake. She is the real deal.
